Location & Surroundings
The home is situated within the 100 acres. There are other residents on the property. Our main house and another rental. The Yellow Rose House is secluded and not in view of the other homes. Upon arriving at the gate on Hwy 80 you will pull into the property and follow the signs to the Yellow Rose which will be on the right side of the drive. There is a large lake between the property entrance and the house. You will be provided more information upon booking. If you bring a pet there is a pet fee. Service animals must be noted. We ask that your pet not be left unattended on the property at any time.
Please Note
We do not have WIFI or Televisions. We do have normal Texas wildlife on the property. Deer, opossums, racooons, skunks, porcupines, snakes, lizards, bobcats, etc. Please note this if bringing your pet (pet fee). Please do not leave your pet unattended or off leash on property. Service animals must be noted.

We have a gated entrance to the property. There is plenty of parking at the Yellow Rose but no fenced yard.We have our personal home on property and another Airbnb. We ask that you follow the signs for the Yellow Rose to and from the gate on highway 80.

"Amazing property and place! The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. It's not too far from Austin or surrounding towns for a good meal. Just know beforehand hand cell service is limited and no wifi but we knew this beforehand. Can't wait to visit again and wake up to the deer in the front yard! Would recommend to anyone." - Tanner
