The upstairs is a complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house and the downstairs is known as "The Camp" with one bedroom (3 twin beds) & one bathroom. There is plenty of room for your hammocks on the upstairs deck! Come to the Bay unplug and stay awhile! WIFI available.

"Perfect seafront location to view the sunrise and sunset, to kayak (we did twice!) and fish, and explore charming Palacios. The house is spacious with plenty of room for a couple of families, and equipment and facilities to keep them occupied, fed and entertained. Would recommend!" - James
Location & Surroundings
Fish off the dock when the tide is up. The drive to Matagorda Beach is about 30 minutes. Make sure to go by the Old Main Book store and say Hi to Jan!
The Camp (downstairs) does not have Central AC and Heat. There is a window unit in the downstairs bedroom. There is a full kitchen in the camp and a refrigerator. Upstairs is a completely furnished updated home. If you bring a pet there is a pet fee. Service animals must be noted.
Please Note
You can use everything in the home unless there is a lock on a cabinet. We have added WIFI but please continue to go see Jan at the Old Main Bookstore or the City Library. Do not hesitate to message me!
